Breaking Ground

In the days following the blessing, ground was officially broken for the new research winery

Construction site with heavy machinery on a large, cleared dirt area. An orange excavator and a smaller vehicle are working. Buildings and shipping containers are visible in the background, with a green grassy area in the foreground and a cloudy sky above.
Ground being broken and earthworks in full swing.

Earthworks commenced, the site was cleared, and the area excavated ready for the concrete foundations.  Two weeks of rain then hampered the concrete pour, but thanks to the great work by the team at Scott Construction, the build timeline stayed on track, ready for the steel frames to be erected.
