Monday 23rd September marked a huge milestone with the first of the steel frames going up. Seeing the research winery start to take shape was a proud moment for the project team, the culmination of two years’ worth of vision, planning and preparation.

Only a week later on Monday 30th September, the progress was incredible – the steel frames were up and the winery had taken shape.
