Our fourth vintage is underway at the Research Winery.

A winery trial client dropped off this Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc today, kick-starting vintage 2023 at BRI’s Research Winery. With just 35kg required to run a ferment in our custom tanks, there were no trucks required. We’re excited to get trials underway for our various clients, plus our research projects.  Best of luck to the rest of the industry for vintage 2023!
